The Boutique Manager is responsible for leading and managing all operations of the Montblanc boutique, ensuring exceptional customer experience and the achievement of sales and profitability targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury,



a deep understanding of customer service, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management and Objectives:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed the boutique's sales and KPIs targets.
- Monitor and analyze traffic, market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the boutique's budget and control expenses.
- Clienteling & Customer Experience:
- Ensuring the growth of the customer database and improve its quality.
- Ensure that every customer receives personalized and high-quality service, creating a memorable shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, building a loyal customer base.
