Senior Talent Coordinator - 6 Month Contract
- Hybrid - 3 Days per week in our Madrid or Bucharest Office- Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate and execute onboarding tasks for new hires, including processing transactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed within set timelines.
- You will review and audit offer details and employment contracts for compliance,



maintaining precise records and supporting us in upholding equitable hiring practices.
- Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in an administrative role supporting recruitment or talent acquisition, with measurable impact on process efficiency.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
