Topdon Europe is recruiting a Marketing Operations Specialist for the European market.

We have offices around the world, including Shenzhen (China), Changsha (China), Changde (China), and New Jersey (USA).

Job Main Duties:
- Distributor Support & Account Enablement: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all European distributor marketing enquiries (excluding direct design execution).
- Brand Alignment & Governance: Distribute marketing assets, ensure distributors strictly adhere to corporate brand standards, and manage the internal deployment of product documentation.
- Database Management: Maintain, update, and proactively promote the use of the internal platform as the single source of truth for product data for the sales team and regional clients.
- Exhibition & Event Logistics: Take full lifecycle ownership of European trade shows,



managing relationships and timelines with external suppliers, booth builders, and logistics partners.
- Administrative & Billing Accuracy: Coordinate closely with the Finance department to implement rigorous pre-event checklists, ensuring 100% accuracy in cross-border billing and commercial invoicing between regional entities.
- Workflow Optimization (Odoo): Structure incoming project requests into organized, transparent pipelines within Odoo, translating business needs into clear briefs for the internal design team.
- Tracking & Reporting: Keep precise records of progress, budgets, system migration timelines, and task schedules in Odoo to keep colleagues and management consistently up to date.

Requirements:
- Work experience in Marketing Operations, Channel Marketing, Event Management, or a similar execution-driven B2B role with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing modern ERP/Project tools
