EVENT MANAGER

YOUR KEY ROLE

Events are where Ardena shows up in person — the booth at a major congress, the symposium that brings the field together, the webinar that keeps the conversation going in between. You own those moments end to end. From logistics and lead capture to the campaigns that fill the calendar before a show even opens, you make sure every event runs smoothly, looks the part, and turns conversations into opportunities. It’s a role for someone who loves the detail, keeps a cool head when plans shift, and gets a kick out of seeing it all come together on the day.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- External events:You own conferences, symposia, and trade shows from start to finish — logistics, booth management, and on-site coordination — and you work hand
