We've revolutionized the invisible orthodontics industry with an exceptional team of specialists dedicated to creating smiles, using the latest technology for diagnosis, treatment, and case management.We are looking for a National Sales Director to join us in Spain on our growth path.Ready to join us?ResponsibilitiesEnsure the growth and profitability of Impress's operations in the respective region/s, driving sales and profit results across all clinics.Take an active leadership role in managing rented spaces and Impress's flagship clinics, being responsible for their performance and operations.Act as a liaison between the General Manager and the Impress clinics; communicate the vision,motivate all team members, and ensure high performance and a competitive environment.Monitor the sales plans of Clinic Managers, Treatment Coordinators,



and doctors daily and weekly; track conversions and implement improvement action plans when necessary.Ensure compliance with monthly and annual budgets, maximizing revenue streams and minimizing costs in close collaboration with Clinic Managers.Lead and train the sales team, hygienists, and dentists in best business practices, monitoring their KPIs.Connect genuinely with our clients to maintain their enthusiasm throughout their journey toward a more confident smile.Ensure compliance with sales and operational processes, as well as follow-up procedures.
