least-privilege and secure authentication practicesBuild automation and scripting solutions that allow IT to scaleManage our wider SaaS and collaboration ecosystemTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolutionImprove IT processes, workflows, documentation and operational efficiencyLead projects from discovery → implementation → ongoing optimisationPartner with teams across the business and provide an exceptional employee experienceExperiencePrevious experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology or similarStrong hands-on JAMF + macOS experienceDeep experience with Microsoft Entra ID / IAMStrong knowledge of SSO, SCIM and identity lifecycle managementExperience implementing Zero Trust and least-privilege securityAdvanced scripting and automation capabilitiesEnterprise endpoint/MDM experienceStrong SaaS administration experienceExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFluent Spanish and English
