Wenham Carter is partnering with a leading global SaaS vendor, a Verdantix-rated Leader in the 2025 Green Quadrant for EHS Software, to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive. The focus: selling new solutions to new stakeholders in existing enterprise accounts + winning net-new logos across the DACH region. Why this role * Sell a market leader trusted by general enterprises to manage safety, risk and sustainability at scale * Backed by a major global investment firm with serious growth plans * Strong base, uncapped commission and real autonomy over your territory What youll do * Run complex, multi-stakeholder deals with senior buyers * Build pipeline through your own prospecting, plus marketing and BDR leads * Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to expand and displace What were looking for * 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, opening and closing complex deals * A genuine hunter: resilient and hungry to win * Structured sales approach, MEDDIC or MEDDPICC a plus * Fluent German and English * Comfortable with around 25% travel
