We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain (Cross Tech) and drive AI-powered solutions across our business.You will design and deploy enterprise AI products using Generative AI and Agentic AI, helping automate processes and deliver scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment (AWS/Azure).What you will doBuild and deploy AI/ML solutions for internal useDevelop GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, copilots)Implement Agentic AI workflowsCollaborate with business teams to translate needs into AI productsEnsure scalability with MLOps and CI/CDWhat we are looking for5+ years in AI/MLStrong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)Experience with Generative AI & cloud (AWS/Azure)Background in production-ready AI solutionsBenefitsFlexible scheduleHybrid working model30 working days of vacation + 2 company daysWellness programDiscounts platform
