It's a hands-on role with real ownership over core systems, working two days a week from a Madrid office in Retiro.The challengeThe team is building out the core of a financial platform from the ground up: customer-facing portals, backend services, and the APIs that tie everything together. There's real ownership here, working closely with product, data and business stakeholders on architecture, security and performance decisions, while also reviewing code and mentoring less senior developers. Delivery speed matters, and the team leans on AI-assisted tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
