This role combines service management, incident leadership, vendor governance and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex technology landscape.You will work on:Leading IT/OT service governance and lifecycle management.Monitoring and improving SLAs, KPIs and operational performance.Managing strategic technology vendors and service providers.Acting as Incident Manager during critical situations.Driving continuous improvement,
