Trusted by professional athletes and passionate riders worldwide, we are committed to creating products that inspire confidence and elevate every ride.We are looking for passionate, experienced and result-oriented Independent Sales Representatives to develop our business and dealer network across Spain, Benelux, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.The RoleAs an Independent Sales Representative, you will represent MET locally, building strong relationships with dealers and ensuring effective execution of MET's commercial strategy at dealer level.You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the MET team,



providing market feedback and contributing to the growth of our business.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the existing network of independent bicycle dealersIdentify and acquire new dealers and business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dealersDrive sales and achieve sales targets across the territoryCollect seasonal orders, pre-orders and at-once sales through customer visits, calls and emailPresent MET collections and new products, provide product training and ongoing commercial support to dealersSupport merchandising plans, in-store activations, promotional activities and local eventsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance, identifying risks and opportunitiesProvide regular updates and relevant market insights to the Sales Manager and internal teamsActively participate in sales meetings, both online and at MET HQCollaborate with the MET team to improve customer service, commercial execution and overall business performanceRequirementsProven experience in sales within the cycling industryPassion for cycling and strong understanding of cycling products, market trends and the dealer landscapeEstablished network of relationships with independent bicycle dealers
