Agentic Quality Lead / Manager – Tech for GoodOliver Bernard are currently working with a Tech for Good client of ours who are looking to take on an Agentic Quality Lead / Manager to drive their Quality Engineering team towards a 'Quality as a Service' model and integrate / embed their processes into broader centralised Quality function.The incoming profile will need to have experience from a technical leadership perspective, and be able to drive Quality best practices to the extent that it removes their QA Engineers from Product teams and creates a self-sufficient and Autonomous Quality function that is comfortable on its own two feet - without reliance on other teams across the business.To be suitable for this position, the following expertise is required:Experience building Agentic Quality platforms to drive efficiencies across engineering teams (with prior experience developing and driving AI workflows)Background as a technical QA / SDET,
