We are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects
✅ Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
✅ Manage risks, issues, and change requests
✅ Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports
✅ Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress
✅ Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
✅ Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations




✅ Maintain project documentation and governance standards

Desired Experience
✔ PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
✔ Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
✔ Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments
✔ Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems
✔ Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills

- PAS-X (MES)
- LIMS / LES
- Veeva QMS
- LabWare
- Werum / Körber
- Quality and Manufacturing digital platforms
