to identify and eliminate bottlenecksDesign and implement engineering and project frameworks to reduce delivery cyclesEnsure predictable and transparent feature delivery without compromising qualityDrive Business Value DeliveryAct as the primary technical partner for the product organization (CPO, PMs, Designers)Take ownership of the business backlog from a technical execution standpointAlign engineering efforts and resource allocation directly with business and product goalsOptimize Development & Delivery FrameworksSet up, scale, and manage robust SDLC processesIntroduce and enforce effective IT project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.) tailored to the product's needsEstablish a single source of truth for delivery status, risks, and timelinesManage Cross-Functional ExecutionSynchronize efforts across engineering, product, and design teamsResolve dependencies and blockers in the delivery pipelineBuild structured execution systems rather than relying on ad-hoc fixesEnsure Constructive Stakeholder Manageme
