We work very close to the PMO department, which defines formal processes that combine all business systems tools.The daily tasks include choosing and adopting or designing and developing the tools that support the company business core. We also support the whole company in day-to-day operations regarding our tools and processes, including training when it is needed.We do not manage only the different tools but the development of the integrations between the third-party cloud services we use.
