(mandatory)Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.Solid knowledge of API design (REST; GraphQL is a plus).Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Experience with JIRA (backlog management, sprint planning, workflow coordination,



and task tracking).Experience conducting code reviews and promoting coding standards, quality assurance, and best practices.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in distributed environments.Experience validating Kafka events, schema evolution, and event transformation processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Professional level of English.
