Opportunity – Staff AI Platform EngineerWe are looking for a Staff AI Platform Engineer to help us build the next generation of our AI-powered Internal Developer Platform.About the roleIn this deeply hands-on role, you will lead through technical excellence by building the platform's most complex, business-critical capabilities. You will design, build, and evolve reusable platform tools—including AI agents, AI-powered CLIs, Kubernetes Operators, and Golden Paths—to empower hundreds of engineers and data scientists to deploy software faster, safer, and with greater autonomy.What we're looking for:Proven hands-on track record delivering production software in Python (primary language) and Go for systems-level components (Kubernetes Operators/controllers).Solid experience designing and building large-scale developer platforms used by large engineering organizations, with a strong focus on Developer Experience (DevEx).Deep experience with cloud architecture, particularly AWS, as well as containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes,
