We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working on next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will act as agile mentor and facilitator for a cross-functional team, helping shape products that meet the demanding standards of our healthcare partners and customers.ResponsibilitiesWork within an agile environment where teamwork is central to everything we do.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Analytics, IoMT, and design.Take on the role of Scrum Master, agile mentor, and facilitator for team meetings and stakeholder communication.Support the team and take ownership of the team's overall health.Promote and develop the team's self-organizational abilities.Challenge proposed solutions and help improve team processes.Support, advise, and share knowledge with other team members.Act as an internal change agent, driving the organization's shift toward more Agile, adaptive ways of working.Requirements2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
