By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.Technical Program ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. Li -HybridCore responsibilities This role is contributing to the Sevensense by ABB team as part of ABB Robotics in Spain and Switzerland.

We’re looking for someone who loves building reliable systems, collaborating with people across the globe, writing clean and efficient C++, Python or Rust code,



and creating the tools that enable our team to move faster and with confidence.Prototype and test novel sensor calibration algorithms and evaluate their impact on precision and robustness.Collaborate with project teams to perform root cause analysis and provide support for resolving calibration issues in the field.Write algorithm as well as software infrastructure code, including feature design, implementation, and debugging.Produce and maintain modern, high-quality C++, Rust and Python code and participate in code reviews and software design discussions.Collaborate with a team of open-minded, skilled and motivated software engineers in an environment of learning and support.Qualifications for the RoleDegree in Computer Science, Robotics or a related field3+ years of industry experience in software engineering, robotics or computer visionStrong C++ and Python skills with a passion for high‑quality code, performance, and best practicesExperience with Rust is a plus; willingness to learn is a requirementStrong analytical skills with an interest in statistics and gradient based optimizationBonus points for experience working with systems involving SLAM, computer vision or roboticsDesire and proven capability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative global team.You are at ease communicating in EnglishWhat's in it for you?As part of a talented and versatile team located in Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona) and Zurich, Switzerland,
