- Responsible for ensuring the definition, availability, and proper management of materials and suppliers, acting as the key interface between Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to guarantee cost, quality, and delivery performance.Supplier ManagementYou will own the relationship with the suppliers and negotiationsIdentify and select suppliers in collaboration with the Product Unit (PU) Sourcing teamRequest quotations (RFQs) and perform comparative bid analysisCreate and onboard suppliers in the system (MDG)Conduct supplier follow-up activities and regular review meetingsSupport the negotiation of commercial conditions, including pricing and lead timesSAP Data ManagementMaintain material master dataUpload and manage key information, including planned cost, lead time, HS Code,
and supplier dataManage purchasing info records and order booksIndustrialization / Item ManagementManage the item creation and industrialization workflow (A2 A3)Coordinate timelines and cost targetsAct as the main interface with Engineering to resolve technical questions and requirementsProcurement SupportPrepare and provide information required for purchase order releasesMonitor delivery schedules and key milestonesSupport dual-sourcing initiatives to mitigate supply risksCollaborate in purchasing strategies, including lot-sizing and sourcing optimization activitiesOur team dynamics You will join a dynamic, autonomous, communicative team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleEducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) or Business Administration (BBA/MBA)ExperiencePrevious experience in technical sourcing or industrial procurementProven experience in supplier management and developmentKnowledge & SkillsSAP proficiency (advanced level is highly desirable)Technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes,
