Main challenges
Customer & Business Development
- Define and execute customer strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Identify commercial opportunities and unlock sustainable business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to anticipate market developments.
- Maximize customer performance while ensuring long-term profitability.

Commercial Leadership
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, volumes, promotions, and contractual conditions.




- Drive sales growth while ensuring margin optimization and financial performance.
- Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews.
- Act as a trusted business partner for customers and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, and other business functions.
- Ensure seamless execution of customer agreements and commercial initiatives.
