As the

Field CTO , you will sit at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep-tier engineering. You aren't just a face for the sales team; you are a hands-on builder who can architect a solution in a boardroom and then ship the code to make it a reality.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales Sovereignty:





Lead early-stage technical discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and navigate complex architecture and security reviews with enterprise stakeholders.
Hands-on Engineering:

Serve as a lead contributor—shipping code, building bespoke integrations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards for production deployments.
Team Scaling:

Recruit and mentor a high-performing technical organization across engineering, solution architecture, and pre-sales.
Deployment & Accuracy:

Oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, ensuring AI agents meet strict production accuracy and performance KPIs.
Product Advocacy:

Act as the bridge between the local market and general Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction into product features.
Regional Leadership:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the region, managing strategic partnerships and high-priority escalations.
