We are looking for a hands-on delivery leader who can manage challenging stakeholder groups, drive accountability, build consensus, and ensure successful delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday Financials optimisation, enhancement, and integration initiativesDrive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, and external partnersManage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesLead change management, business readiness, and user adoption activitiesCoordinate internal teams, vendors,
