We're hiring a Junior SAP HCM ConsultantBarcelona – Hybrid / 2 days On-siteAt Capitole, we're partnering with one of our clients in the industrial sector to strengthen their HR IT team.We're looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.What's the challenge?You'll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.You'll be working on:Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.Configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).Participating in functional testing,
