with proven experience in enabling agility within cross-functional teamsConfidence in managing complex stakeholders and cross-team dependenciesGood understanding of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products, as well as Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanWillingness to step outside the comfort zone and adapt to new challengesAbout the Team You Will SupportOperating within a SAFe frameworkScrum team of ~18 members across 4 locations (distributed setup)Responsible for multiple product touchpointsWorking in a high-pressure environment with strategic topics, leadership visibility, and evolving operational demandsFrequent context switching (typically every 1–2 sprints)Team ExpectationsAct as a servant leader and coach, enabling the team to continuously improve and deliver against PI objectivesFoster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams and stakeholdersProactively identify impediments and drive resolution within the team and at ART levelSupport effective dependency management and alignment with other tea
