We are seeking an experienced Firmware Security Engineer with strong expertise in embedded firmware development, security, networking, and Linux-based systems. The idóneo candidate will design, develop, test, and integrate secure firmware components for embedded devices while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams. Experience with C/C++, Python, Embedded Linux, security protocols, networking, debugging tools, and firmware validation is highly preferred.Key RequirementsStrong experience in Embedded Firmware Development and Software Engineering.Hands-on experience with C, C++ (11/14), Python, and TCL programming languages.Experience with concurrent programming, multithreaded, and multi-process systems.Strong understanding of firmware architecture, software design patterns, and scalable embedded software design.Experience developing Qt/QML user interfaces.Hands-on experience with HTTP/REST APIs and secure web services.Good knowledge of Assembly (when required), RTOS concepts,



and embedded systems development.Strong experience working in Linux (embedded and development environments), Windows, and macOS.Experience with Git/GitHub version control systems.Hands-on debugging experience using JTAG, GDB, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and memory debugging tools.Experience with unit testing frameworks (GTest/GMock).Experience using Make, CMake, and Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.Familiarity with GCC ARM toolchains, package managers (apt, pip), and Docker-based development environments.Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies including Kerberos, SASL, and LDAP.Experience implementing TLS/SSL, OpenSSL, PKI, certificate management, and secure communication protocols.Knowledge of HTTPS, Secure REST APIs, and embedded security best practices.Experience using Wireshark for networking analysis, packet capture, and protocol debugging.Hands-on experience with Yocto for Embedded Linux image customization and layer integration.Experience with
