and secure-by-design principlesDrive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirementsCollaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native developmentContribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoptionMandatory requirements:Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practicesHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-CodeExperience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (
