We are looking for an experienced Head of Corporate Applications to lead the strategy, transformation, and governance of HR and enterprise applications across an international environment.
This role will be instrumental in modernizing the HR technology landscape, driving the evolution of ATS, HRIS, and talent management solutions while ensuring alignment with integral platforms and business objectives.
Define and execute the HR systems roadmap (ATS, HRIS, Talent Management).
Lead the transformation and modernization of legacy HR applications.
Drive a unified, integrated, and data-driven HR ecosystem.
Oversee enterprise applications supporting HR, Finance, Legal, and corporate functions.
Manage vendors, budgets, governance, and delivery performance.
Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Proven experience leading HRIS and ATS transformation programs.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications and digital transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English required; Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus.
