- Teach the team and organization to use agile and scrum practices and their methodologies Oversee the scrum process and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement Support Product Owner in release planning.

- Prior developer experience would be idóneo.
- Experience with Agile development, preferred as certified Scrum master (or similar role).
- Ability to coach the team in agile practices and ensure adherence to the agile methodology to deliver maximum value.
