Braun Management provides structural consulting to executive teams, focusing on the unglamorous but necessary work of resolving organizational friction and clarifying decision rights. We move past generic advice to deliver evidence-backed conclusions that address the core truths hindering corporate growth.
The role The Scrum Master Intern position is designed to support a high priority engagement with our partner, a major European logistics company. As this client undergoes significant structural changes, we need a junior professional to help facilitate their processes and ensure internal teams remain aligned with project goals. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will observe team dynamics, document blockers, and assist in maintaining the rhythm of work.
This is not a role for flashy leadership; it is about the precise management of daily operations and the removal of administrative hurdles for our consulting and client teams. You will help create the environment where evidence-backed decisions can be made without delay.
What you will do
- Assist in organizing and facilitating daily stand up meetings for the logistics project teams to keep tasks moving forward.
- Document meeting outcomes and follow up on action items to ensure organizational accountability across the board.
- Help maintain and update digital project boards, ensuring that task status reflects the current reality of the work being done.
- Identify and report on operational friction that prevents team members from completing their tasks on schedule.
- Support the preparation of internal reports regarding team progress and project status for our senior consultants.
- Coordinate scheduling across different time zones for our remote team and various client stakeholders.
- Listen to team discussions to identify patterns in decision making or potential bottlenecks in the process.
- Assist in the preparation of retrospective meetings where we analyze what structural changes improved team performance.
What we are looking for
- A strong interest in organizational systems and how large companies manage complex workflows.
- Excellent written communication skills with an ability to summarize complex discussions into clear, actionable points.
- Basic familiarity with agile principles or a willingness to learn how these frameworks apply to large scale consulting projects.
- A disciplined approach to time management and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Close attention to detail when tracking tasks and documenting project requirements.
- An academic background in business, project management, or a related field that emphasizes structured thinking.
- A professional manner suitable for interacting with executive level project documentation and internal staff.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
How we work Braun Management operates as a fully remote organization, which requires a high level of self-motivation and a commitment to clear documentation. We avoid unnecessary meetings and instead rely on precise writing to share information and reach conclusions.
Because our work involves sensitive topics like restructuring and performance management, we value privacy and discretion in all our digital communications. We believe that working remotely allows us the space for deep, focused analysis while maintaining a healthy balance for every team member. Every person at Braun is expected to contribute to our collective knowledge through rigorous observation and honest reporting.
What we offer
- A paid internship with a competitive monthly stipend that is attractive for the current market.
- The opportunity to work on a large scale project for a major European logistics firm.
- Direct exposure to the methodologies used in high level organizational restructuring and consulting.
- A structured learning environment where curiosity and questions are encouraged.
- Access to experienced consultants who can provide guidance on navigating complex business systems.
- Complete flexibility within a 100 percent remote work environment.
- A chance to develop professional documentation skills that are essential for management careers.
By supporting the rhythm of this logistics engagement, you help provide the stability needed for significant organizational change. Your work in documenting friction and clarifying tasks ensures that our consultants can focus on the evidence-backed analysis our clients expect.
This role offers a realistic look at how large business systems are rebuilt from the ground up, providing a foundation for a career in management or project coordination. We value the contribution of our interns as they provide the logistical support that keeps our most complex projects on track.
