The role The Scrum Master Intern position is designed to support a high priority engagement with our partner, a major European logistics company. As this client undergoes significant structural changes, we need a junior professional to help facilitate their processes and ensure internal teams remain aligned with project goals. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will observe team dynamics, document blockers, and assist in maintaining the rhythm of work.

What you will do

- Assist in organizing and facilitating daily stand up meetings for the logistics project teams to keep tasks moving forward.
- Document meeting outcomes and follow up on action items to ensure organizational accountability across the board.
- Help maintain and update digital project boards, ensuring that task status reflects the current reality of the work being done.
- Identify and report on operational friction that prevents team members from completing their tasks on schedule.
- Support the preparation of internal reports regarding team progress and project status for our senior consultants.
- Coordinate scheduling across different time zones for our remote team and various client stakeholders.




- Listen to team discussions to identify patterns in decision making or potential bottlenecks in the process.
- Assist in the preparation of retrospective meetings where we analyze what structural changes improved team performance.
