We are looking for a Safety & Environment Manager for our Safety & Environmental Office (SEO) Department and to manage our projects from the region of Murcia . Serve as the official corporate representative and primary technical contact for Spanish regulatory bodies regarding Law 31/1995 (PRL) and labor inspections (Inspección de Trabajo).
Ensure company-wide operations align strictly with critical industrial decrees, including RD 337/2014 (high-voltage electrical safety) and RD 1215/1997 (work equipment safety).
Draft, finalize, and sign off on high-level HSE standard operating procedures before they are deployed across the portfolio.
Drive the continuous improvement and strategic alignment of ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 9001 (Quality) frameworks.
Ensure that conditional requirements from Environmental Impact Assessments (DIAs) are successfully integrated into long-term site operations.
Define, approve, and validate the safety frameworks (such as complex LOTO and electrical switching programs) for high-risk heavy maintenance, including blade repairs,



gearbox changes, and substation shutdowns.
Personally lead or direct investigations for high-potential "near misses" or serious incidents using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, ensuring corrective action plans prevent recurrence.
Performance Strategy & Stakeholder Management
Analyze data trends from departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating raw numbers into actionable preventive strategies for executive management.
Review and validate verified QHSE/ESG metrics (waste management, carbon tracking, and fauna impact) before they are sent to corporate sustainability teams or partners.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment roles
At least 5 years in a management, lead, or supervisory capacity within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, or substations).
