?Some details about your department

You will join the AI Forge engine within our newly launched AWAKE Venture Studio, working in a high-performance, flat-structured squad directly alongside our CEO, product innovators, and researchers. Our mission is to industrialize AI innovation by rapidly taking projects from PoC to global scale, with your immediate focus being Ally Partner—our corporate AI agent currently in active production. We combine a fast-paced, experimental startup culture with the robust, enterprise-grade MLOps and shared infrastructure of a global consultancy with hubs in Madrid, Chicago, and Tbilisi.

? What we’d like you to do

- Build & Prototype from Scratch: Turn bold concepts into working products using Python (FastAPI), running fast prototyping cycles in an experimental environment.

- Develop Advanced Retrieval Systems: Design and scale production-grade RAG and GraphRAG systems integrating Neo4j and vector databases like Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector.

- Orchestrate Multi-Agent Workflows: Build complex agent-to-agent (A2A) architectures and model routing using LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Deploy & Scale MLOps: Manage the full product lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Vertex AI, GKE, and Cloud Run. Set up model serving (vLLM, Ollama) and continuous observability/evaluation (Langfuse, Phoenix, W&B;).

- Evaluate State-of-the-Art Models: Continuously benchmark foundational models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama) to define technical feasibility and feature roadmaps.

- Security & Compliance: Adhere to our Information Security Best Practices,



participate in Disaster Recovery drills, and follow our Good Environmental Practices Manual.

? What we’d like you to bring

- Proven AI Production Track Record: Solid experience shipping LLM-based applications and Generative AI solutions to actual production environments with real active users.

- Deep Python Expertise: Expert knowledge of the Python ecosystem, including packaging and testing tools (Poetry, Pytest).

- Data & Semantic Engineering: Deep understanding of rapid experimentation cycles, dynamic semantic chunking, embedding generation, and hybrid search optimization.

- Infrastructure & Automation: Practical experience managing cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Thrive in Uncertainty: Comfort working in fast-paced startup or venture builder environments where requirements evolve quickly and autonomy is required.
