Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive commercial excellence and business growth.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Define and evolve the BI strategy and roadmap.

- Lead KPI governance and performance reviews.
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness, targeting and territory optimization.
- Lead forecasting processes with Finance and Business leaders.




- Manage CRM analytics and adoption.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support informed business decision-making.
- Support launches and portfolio performance tracking.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other key cross-functional areas to ensure a strategy fully aligned with business objectives.
- Assess new opportunities and drive Business Case (BC) execution.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Analytics, Marketing or Data Science is desirable.
- 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence or Analytics within Pharma.
- Experience supporting Primary Care and Specialty Care businesses.
- Knowledge of prescription products and commercial operations.
- Strategic and commercial mindset.
- Data-driven decision making• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Project management and cross-functional alignment.
- Business English and Spanish proficiency.
