Sales Manager – Polymers & Engineering Materials | Catalonia Location: Catalonia, Spain Sector: Polymer Distribution, Engineering Plastics, Raw Materials The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow business across Catalonia for an established distributor of polymer raw materials, engineering plastics and technical materials.
This is a hands-on commercial role combining new business development with strategic account management.
You will take ownership of the territory, develop existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities across the plastics processing and wider industrial market.
Manage and develop sales across the Catalonia Region.
* Identify and win new customers within plastics processing and industrial manufacturing.
* Grow existing accounts through new products, applications and commercial opportunities.




* Manage the complete commercial process from prospecting and quotations through negotiation and closing.
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate commercial forecasts.
* Your Background We are looking for someone with established commercial experience within polymers, plastics or technical raw materials.
Strong B2B sales, account management and business development experience.
* Experience selling to injection moulders, extruders, compounders, converters or industrial manufacturers.
* The ability to combine technical understanding with a strong commercial approach.
* Fluent Spanish and professional English.
* Strong knowledge of the polymer market and an understanding of technically led distribution sales are most important.
