Deliver high-quality code: testable, secure, readable, scalable, and well documented Understand, apply, and champion Agile practices (code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc.) Ensure platform scalability and performance, ship new features, and continuously improve development processes Someone who fully "owns" their code : writing, testing, and deploying it, potentially several times a day Strong proficiency in Golang AWS SNS/SQS,
