Factorial IT is launching a brand-new IT Management product and building its founding sales team. As a Founding SDR, you will be the first touchpoint with IT and Operations leaders across Europe, shaping outbound messaging, GTM playbooks, and the early sales engine.
You will collaborate with AEs, Product, and Marketing to define the sales processes and drive the initial pipeline, while testing approaches and learning from data to scale the new business unit.
