About the role
We are looking for a Share Plans & Reward Specialist to join an international organisation and support the implementation and day-to-day administration of employee share plans and flexible benefits arrangements in Madrid.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating plan administration, employee communications, provider data, payroll inputs and reconciliations, working closely with Reward, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal and People teams.
If you enjoy working with detailed processes, complex employee data and multiple stakeholders, and you are comfortable taking ownership of operational issues
