SUMMARY
The candidate would become part of Oliver Wyman’s Finance and Risk practice,
and will be part of a team that will work hand to hand with the wider OW Iberian and European partners and experts to develop business and to help our Banking and Financial Services clients to solve their most complex and ambitious endeavours on topics such as finance and risk strategy, end to end credit transformations, capital accuracy and models, smart pricing, strategic planning and financial resource management, as well as artificial intelligence and risk modelling engagements (working alongside Oliver Wyman Data and Analytics specialists).
Associates and Engagement Managers will lead small to mid-sized teams in the execution of workstreams or full projects, starting with an initial 6-month period to facilitate onboarding and gearing you up for success.
Based in our Madrid office, part of a Europe-wide staffing pool and with a primary focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Required +3 years of relevant experience in Tier 1 strategic consulting, excellent team management, communication and problem-solving skills and proficient English and Spanish or Portuguese. Data and analytics skills are positively considered
