The role:

We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to help scale a partnerships function that is a core growth engine for the business. You'll own a portfolio of partners, running the full lifecycle from prospecting through activation and ongoing performance management. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role: you'll be judged on the revenue your partners generate.

You'll work closely with the Sales team on strategy,



and coordinate daily on market focus and target accounts, and with Marketing and Product on execution.

What you'll do:
- Identify and prospect new partners (referral partners, retainer/reseller partners, industry associations) across your core markets
- Creative in how you find and activate partners: comfortable testing new channels and approaches rather than relying only on the obvious, well-trodden ones
- Run the full partner funnel: sourcing, pitching, negotiating terms, signing, onboarding, activation, and growth
- Continuously review partner performance and make the call on where to double down or terminate
- Manage day-to-day relationships across a large partner portfolio
- Negotiate and structure partner terms eg. commissions, pricing, contract terms, within company guidelines
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and enablement so partners can effectively sell Marfeel
- Plan and run joint
