Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager – Composites to join a well-established company in the naval sector, with over 60 years of experience and a strong international presence.

The company works on a wide variety of projects, including:
- Luxury and high-performance vessels
- Commercial and offshore projects
- Defense and government programs

This provides a unique level of exposure within the industry, combining engineering, industrial execution, and high-level technical projects.

This is a key production role in which you will coordinate technical teams and ensure the proper execution of composite manufacturing processes on demanding, high-standard projects.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Supervision of composite processes (hand lay-up, infusion, and painting)
- Coordination and management of workshop technical teams
- Production planning and monitoring
- Quality control of composite manufacturing processes
- Direct coordination with Project Managers
- Troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
- Previous experience in composites and team supervision
- Spanish and English required
