As our office in Barcelona is growing at a rapid pace and we have a pipeline of interesting projects,
we are looking for a Project Delivery Manager that will collaborate closely with management and the project team to ensure all project stages are set up and managed effectively, supporting delivery aligned with BIG’s high standards.
Your main responsibility will be (not limited to):
- Lead project/stage set up activities.
- Proactively liaise with the project teams to establish the program and contractual & deliverable obligations.
- Liaise with the project teams to resolve contractual issues proactively.
- Monitor all management task to make sure that they are delivered aligned with standards and best practices.
- Prepare, update and communicate key documents including, project plans, detailed design programs, change control processes and design risk registers.
- Liaise with clients when required to drive discussions to resolution.
- Liaise with the project team to submit monthly reports.
- Be in charge of producing weekly dashboard to keep the client informed about
