At Draxton Teruel, our foundry plant located in Utrillas (Spain), we are looking for a senior professional with a strong track record in complex, high-volume manufacturing environments, capable of leading transformation projects focused on increasing productivity, optimizing processes and accelerating automation across our operations.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager,



this role will have a significant impact on the plant's overall performance. Your mission will be to plan, organize and lead industrial improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production processes, increasing productivity, reducing inefficiencies and driving automation.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with strong industrial judgment, analytical capabilities and a high degree of autonomy, capable of identifying improvement opportunities, determining which processes need to evolve and which should be preserved to maximize operational performance.
