Were seeking a sharp, strategic Digital Onboarding Account Manager to join our fast-paced, international team in vibrant Barcelona (hybrid model). You will be the expert responsible for launching, guiding, and optimizing new clients on one of the world's leading Pay-Per-Click (PPC) platforms.

Your Mission: Strategize, Launch, and Optimize

In this critical, high-impact role, you will be the key to our clients' initial success. You will manage a portfolio of new advertisers in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring they have the strongest possible start.
- Own the entire client onboarding cycle. Design, implement, and launch high-performing PPC campaigns for new clients,



focusing on immediate and measurable results.
- Engage proactively with businesses via outbound calls to understand their objectives and present tailored digital advertising strategies and solutions.
- Develop clear, executable strategies for both short-term impact and long-term success on the platform.
- Identify opportunities to increase campaign investment through optimization and strategic upsells based on initial performance data.
- Build strong, trusted relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience while expertly managing a high volume of daily interactions.
