Description
We are seeking a Mgr Structural Engineering to oversee structural engineering analysis and design across Europe. Reporting to the Sr Mgr Engineering, Europe, this role ensures the safety, integrity, and compliance of our tower and rooftops infrastructure by leading all structural engineering activities—including towers, mats, antennae mounts, foundations, and supporting building structures—within their assigned area.

The Mgr Structural Engineering guides internal and external engineering resources in executing structural analysis and modification design, while maintaining adherence to global company standards, regional codes, and best practices. This role is responsible for ensuring that engineering partners and third-party vendors deliver high-quality work that meets our structural requirements and service level expectations.

This position requires deep technical knowledge, strong program and vendor management skills, and the ability to drive alignment between engineering deliverables and our operational goals.

As part of the organization’s ongoing transformation,



this Mgr will play a key role in regionalizing the Structural Engineering function. Initially, responsibilities will include helping to transition and consolidate work currently performed at the country level into a cohesive regional operating model. Once regionalization is complete, the Mgr will assume accountability for leading and managing the function at the regional level, ensuring consistent execution, performance, and alignment with integral standards.
