The job
As a Danish Customer Service Cordinator in the retail services sector, you will coordinate maintenance and repair services for retail clients across the Nordic market.
You will be responsible for ensuring service visits are planned efficiently, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting technicians throughout the service process. This role combines customer service, coordination and operational planning in a fast-paced international environment.
The position is fully office-based in Barcelona and follows a Monday to Friday schedule.




Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair services
- Scheduling technicians and monitoring service visits
- Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date
- Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding ongoing services
- Handling service requests and incident management
- Supporting invoicing updates and additional service requests
- Monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve operational processes
- Reporting project risks and operational issues to management
