The Mission:
We’re looking for a Compensation and Performance Manager to join out partner's HQ in Barcelona.
You will implement, and manage the company’s global compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for building the foundations of a scalable, competitive,



and business‑aligned compensation strategy across all countries where the company operates.

The Role:
Compensation & Rewards Strategy
- Design and implement a integral rewards program covering all countries and employee groups.
- Ensure market competitiveness through regular benchmarking, salary surveys, and external market analysis.
- Develop compensation structures, salary bands, bonus schemes, and reward mechanisms aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Establish clear, standardized compensation processes across all countries, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.

Performance Management
- Build and manage performance evaluation frameworks that directly link employee performance to compensation outcomes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure performance processes are understood, adopted, and consistently applied.
- Define performance metrics, calibration processes, and guidelines
