As our next Senior Consultant, you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. About the role

We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Senior Consultants who can contribute across a broad spectrum of projects — including implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting. The role is open to candidates with either a technical background or a business consulting mindset, as long as you bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative spirit.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, system-supported solutions.

Your responsibilities include:
- Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.




- Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation of platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage documentation (e.g., project plans, RAID logs).
- Support IT and commercial strategy definition, including CRM optimization and system integration.
- Drive change management activities, including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing structure, insight, and industry best practices.
- Engage in Sales processes by taking part in RfP responses and delivering presentations.

You bring:
- 5+ years of experience ideally in project-based roles within consulting or the life sciences sector.
- Required consulting and hands-on experience in Salesforce, Veeva, and other CRM syste
