They are currently leveraging generative AI to revolutionize the industry.

They are looking for a Key Account Director to lead the strategic growth of their most critical enterprise customers.



The objective is to manage a high-value, multi-country portfolio and drive the company toward its ambitious €100M growth target by 2030.

Your missions:
- Own the full P&L; and ARR growth strategy for a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with general growth ambitions.
- Drive significant ARR expansion through enterprise-wide upsell, cross-sell, and solution penetration.
- Lead complex renewal negotiations and multi-year enterprise agreements at a C-suite and board level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on ROI and innovation.
- Orchestrate collaboration across Product, Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership.
- Proactively manage churn risks and identify "white-space" opportunities across different geographies and business units.
- Mentor and elevate Key Account Managers
