As a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist in the Content team, you'll shape how millions of users experience and interact with Hostinger's educational content. You'll own the journey from insight to impact—identifying opportunities, designing user experiences, leading experimentation, and turning data into meaningful business growth.

Head of Content.

The difference you will make
- Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs.
- Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy.
- Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation.
- Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence, documenting every outcome to build a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem.
- Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends.
