We are continuing to grow our New Games team in Barcelona. As part of Madbox, you'll join a small, focused New Games team working on new game concepts from their earliest stages.
As a Senior Game Designer - New Games, you will own new game opportunities from early concept to playable prototype. You will define the game vision,



make fast design decisions, and iterate relentlessly to find what makes a concept worth pursuing. You will work within a small team (1 Dev, 1 Artist) with a lot of autonomy and a clear focus: making great games fast.
This is a role for someone who is deeply passionate about game design, has strong instincts, and wants to grow into a future leader at Madbox. This position is based in Barcelona.
